FINAL UPDATE & OPENING OF THE TONSLEY LINE
4th May  2014

These photo's of a completed Tonsley Junction adjacent the Ascot Park RWS taken the day before revenue services commenced on the Tonsley Line on Monday 5th May 2014. The Tonsley Junction has two new crossovers preassembled off site , before being placed in the junction starting over the Easter weekend 18th April - 21st April 2014, with work continuing till the 30th April with the Seaford Line reopening on Thursday the 1st May 2014 and with the Tonsley Line reopening Monday 5th May 2014 after the completion of the junction.
